Remember though that is industry jargon and most clients will not know what you mean by a CMA. C an stand for competitive or comparable, A can stand for analysis or appraisal. They all mean basically the same thing.
In this course we look at how to create a Comparable Market Analysis (CMA) and the information that should go into one. In residential property we primarily use the comparable method to determine expected market price of a property. However when determining an expected selling price for a rental investment such as a block of flats you may also use the Return on Investment Method.
